We are currently seeking Ticketing Agents to join our team at the Cochin Airport, India.

Job Description:

As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the efficient processing of ticket sales and reservations.

Your main duties will include:
Greeting and assisting passengers with their travel needs
Selling and issuing tickets for domestic and international flights
Handling reservations, changes, and cancellations
Providing information on flight schedules, fares, and baggage allowances
Assisting with checkin and boarding processes
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Following all safety and security procedures as per company policies
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Keeping uptodate with airline policies and procedures
Providing support to other ground staff as needed

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn current systems quickly
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic workplace
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
