Core responsibilities
  • Customer support: Answer calls, assist with service or product questions, and help customers with issues related to their accounts or orders.
  • Problem-solving: Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Sales and orders: Place orders, process payments, and identify sales opportunities by recommending products or services.
  • Data management: Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

  • Key duties
  • Following communication scripts and adapting them as needed.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction goals.

    Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
