Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a senior Jewelry Sales Associate at Tanishq ,Caratlane,Mia by Tanishq (Kripashree Jewels Pvt Ltd,) located in Patna. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting customers, displaying jewelry items, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor. Additionally, the associate will help achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction of the store.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Proficiency in Retail Sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Previous experience in sales or jewelry sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
