Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs.
• Offer detailed information about the jewellery, including product features, benefits, and pricing at RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.'s jewellery collections and current market trends.
• Ensure that the sales floor at RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is organized and visually appealing.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash.
• Address customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
• Participate in store promotions and events as required.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or higher qualification.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in jewellery at RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
