Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Advisor role based in Noida. The Jewellery Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing personalized advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Daily tasks include showcasing products, addressing queries, maintaining display areas, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and monitoring market trends to provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of product presentation, jewellery styling, and an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Basic skills in inventory management and attention to detail for maintaining displays.
• Knowledge of jewellery industry trends and precious metals or gemstones is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer software.
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail, fashion, or jewellery design are a bonus.
