Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Specialist, based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include designing jewelry, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering expertise in fashion jewelry trends. The role also includes implementing polishing techniques, and participating in training programs to enhance skills and uphold the high standards of the company's production process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry trends
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Hands-on experience in Polishing and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishing
• Capability to train and support team members in specialized techniques
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven production environment
• Knowledge of gemstone grading and handling is a plus
• Background in jewelry-making, design, or a related field is preferred
