Job Title: Java Architect – Telecom BSS

Experience: 8 – 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures for telecom BSS platforms
• Lead the development of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integrations
• Work on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Product Catalog modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end telecom solutions
• Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security
• Drive adoption of cloud-native and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience, with proven expertise as a Java Architect
• Strong hands-on experience in Telecom BSS domain (mandatory)
• Expertise in CPQ and Product Catalog modeling
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture
• Strong experience in REST API design and system architecture
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Experience contributing to or working with open-source technologies
• Knowledge of TMF APIs is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
