We are Manufacturer of Solar Module Mounting Structure. We offer a versatile range of sectional dimensions and thicknesses. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machines to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. The candidate should follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality standards, and support production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings as required

Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specifications are met

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines

Report machine breakdowns, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor

Maintain daily production records and machine logs

Follow workplace safety rules and company policies

Coordinate with production supervisors and maintenance teams

Education & Qualification:

Minimum: ITI

Technical training in machine operation preferred

Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator Experience in manufacturing or power plant environment preferred (Fresher’s can apply if suitable)

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting

Ability to read work instructions and safety guidelines

Attention to detail and quality control

Physical stamina and ability to work in shifts

Teamwork and communication skills

Working Conditions:

Shift duty as per production requirements

Factory/Plant working environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
