📌 JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive with a Computer Science / IT background and hands-on experience in IT hardware procurement. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle efficiently.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end procurement of computer peripherals and IT hardware including keyboards, mouse, monitors, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, HDDs, printers, networking devices, etc.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and process RFQs, comparative statements, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance for procurement planning and execution.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, pricing details, and MIS reports.
Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and availability of computer peripherals.
Handle warranty claims, replacements, and returns with vendors.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

📌 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement of computer peripherals / IT hardware.
Computer Science / IT educational background is mandatory.
Strong technical understanding of computer hardware components.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / procurement systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

📌 PREFERRED (GOOD TO HAVE)
Experience dealing with OEMs and authorized distributors.
Exposure to import procurement and basic logistics documentation.
Inventory planning and demand forecasting experience.
