About the job:
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT support and be capable of handling day-to-day technical issues, system maintenance, and providing technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve system, internet, and application-related problems.

4. Assist employees with system setup, email configuration, and software installation.

5. Maintain IT assets and ensure proper documentation of systems and devices.

6. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required.

7. Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches and software updates.
