Job Title: IT Support & Systems Coordinator (Entry Level – Night Shift) Location: Work From Home (Anywhere in India) Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST About Infosoft Infosoft is a US-based staffing company headquartered in California, with teams in both the US and India. We work with direct clients across industries such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, Scientific, Medical Devices, and Government sectors. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Support & Systems Coordinator to help manage employee system access and support our internal tools. This role will work closely with employees and our development team to maintain system access, support users, and assist with testing our cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Responsibilities Manage employee access to email, voice/texting platforms, Microsoft Teams, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Create and manage user accounts for new hires and deactivate accounts for departing employees Maintain and manage third-party portal logins and access permissions Assist with testing our internally developed cloud-based ATS , including creating test scenarios Document system defects and communicate issues to the development team Provide basic support and training to employees on using the ATS and related tools Help maintain system access documentation and internal procedures Qualifications Entry-level candidates welcome (0.5 - 1 year of experience) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new software tools quickly Preferred Skills Familiarity with Google Workspace administration is a plus Exposure to SaaS applications or cloud-based systems Interest in IT support, systems administration, or software testing Why Join Us Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with internal systems and cloud software Work closely with the engineering and operations teams Build a foundation for a career in IT support, systems operations, or software testing
