The Opportunity

We are hiring experienced IT Sales Recruitment Resourcers to support our UK recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing high-quality candidates, working closely with consultants, and building strong talent pipelines within the IT Sales market.

This is not an entry-level role — prior recruitment experience is essential.

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

· 2–3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Talent Sourcer

· Proven exposure to IT Sales roles (BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Pre-Sales, etc.)

· Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

· Confident sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases

· Highly organised, detail-focused, and target-driven

· Able to work UK business hours consistently

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively source IT Sales candidates for UK and international clients

· Conduct CV screening and first-stage candidate interviews

· Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to live and future roles

· Support consultants with interview coordination and shortlisting

· Assist with candidate documentation and compliance checks

· Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
