Job Title: IT Sales Associate

Location: Sector 20, Phase 2, Gurugram, Haryana, India

Experience: 1 – 2 years' experience with MBA

Evening Shift: 6 PM- 3AM

Package: Up to ₹6 LPA (Depends upon Interview Performance)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Associate to work with our IT services Sales Team. The person will closely work with the Sales Managers in driving B2B sales for IT Services such as CRM tools, AI Services, and digital solutions. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or MBA with some work experience in Technical Sales who have strong communication skills and an interest in technology-driven sales. The candidate should be confident, articulate, and capable of engaging with business clients in a professional and sophisticated manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Managers in day-to-day sales activities and client coordination

  • Assist in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions

  • Conduct market research and maintain customer and lead data

  • Participate in client calls, demos, and follow-ups

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes

  • Stay updated with industry trends, software solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI

  • Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic understanding or keen interest in B2B tech sales

  • Familiarity with software tools beyond MS Office (CRM tools, SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, etc.)

  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years' experience with MBA

    Qualification:

  • MBA graduates preferred (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization)

  • Strong focus on communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to converse confidently with B2B clients

  • Interest in technology, software, and IT-enabled services

  • Willingness to work in evening/night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
