We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end IT recruitment

Sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and networks

Vendor management and coordinating with external partners

Client management and understanding hiring requirements

Interview coordination and follow-ups with candidates and clients

Managing the recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate closure
