As an IT Platform Analyst at Philips, your role is pivotal in facilitating the creation and global publication of information on the web about the company, its products, and services. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into IT solutions, analyzing business processes, and formulating proposals for IT solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities include:

- Translating business requirements into IT solutions in alignment with business and IT strategy
- Analyzing business processes and formulating proposals for IT solutions
- Supporting projects/programs within the program budget for effective development and implementation of chosen IT solutions
- Advising and supporting Business and IT Management by mapping user requirements onto existing IT possibilities for functionality improvement
- Analyzing operational problems and ensuring timely resolution within SLA requirements
- Developing and providing user training for implemented applications
- Documenting, testing, and maintaining assigned applications

Key Competencies/Knowledge required for this role:
- Web content creation and publishing process knowledge relevant for a multinational with global coverage
- Management process knowledge with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in tools like Contentful or Adobe AEM, with good skills in tools like Coveo or PoolParty
- Knowledge of industry best practices to support business processes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in coaching technical leads and developers
- Experience in estimating software development
- Strong communication skills

You will be working as part of the Digital Health Systems IT Team and reporting to the DevSecOps manager. Collaboration with Product Owners, Process Experts, and Tech Leads is crucial for success in this role. To excel in this position, you are required to have a customer-first attitude, a university degree, about 5 years of experience in a business (process) analyst role, strong analytical thinking, understanding of data models, experience with reporting tools, and fluency in English.
