Job description:
  • Respond promptly to IT issues, including hardware, software, and networking concerns.
  • Evaluate system performance by testing the compatibility of new programs with existing systems.
  • Test, debug, and optimize both new and existing software applications.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues faced by end users.
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to resolve complex system problems.
  • Install, configure, and update company hardware and software as required.
  • Anticipate and report costs related to the replacement or upgrade of IT equipment.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation such as troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Ensure network and system security, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Regularly update and monitor antivirus software to safeguard company systems.
  • Provide company-wide technical support, both in person and remotely.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain system-wide software and applications.
  • Conduct IT training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Create and manage new joiner email accounts and user access.
  • Handle sales software operations and resolve sales-related technical queries.
  • Manage end-to-end software integration and ensure smooth system functionality.
