Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, workload transition to offshore and team performance. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. Manage a team of staff augmentation resources deployed across various client accounts. Ensure alignment of resources with client requirements, project goals, and organizational objectives. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing resources. Work closely with internal teams to maintain compliance, reporting, and contractual obligations. Provide regular updates and reports on resource performance and project progress. 10+ years of experience in IT with a blend of technical and managerial expertise. Strong understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, Cybersecurity, and Project Management domains. Proven experience in technical screening and interviewing candidates for the above domains. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working with Client Delivery Managers. Ability to handle multiple accounts and resource allocations effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP (Cloud), CISSP/CISM (Cybersecurity), PMP/Prince2 (Project Management) are a plus. Experience in IT staff augmentation, talent acquisition, or consulting environments.
