- Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, network, security and application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, backups (local & cloud), firewalls, antivirus, Wi-Fi, CCTV and network connectivity.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation such as daily activity logs, asset inventory, license expiry logs, and spare parts records.
- Handle procurement activities including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, negotiation, and invoice submission.
- Administer and support business applications such as Koops App, biometric systems, email systems, and Nice Label, including testing and vendor coordination.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, backups and compliance across all IT assets and applications.
- Support internal teams on IT-related projects and new technology implementations.

Education: BE / BTech / BSc in Computer Science or IT

Experience: 0-2 Years, with positive Technical knowledge

Location: Vasai (Company Bus Service is available from Vasai Railway station to Factory)
