About The Role

e are looking for an IT Application Developer - Power Platform to join our Center of Excellence team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving deployed solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform that amplify SAP business processes in Plan to Make, Quality Management, and Logistics/Warehouse Management. You will work closely with business partners, Solution Architects, and platform administrators to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure reliable operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys improving live solutions, strengthening quality, and enabling better user outcomes. You will also operate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint execution and team ceremonies to deliver continuous improvement efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance deployed applications built with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) supporting SAP‑amplifying use cases in Plan to Make, Quality Management, and Logistics/Warehouse Management.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform applications, including incident resolution and defect remediation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes to improve reliability and supportability.
• Deliver small-to-medium enhancements by translating approved requirements into configuration and implementation updates aligned to existing governance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services, third‑party applications, and in‑house systems, including SAP integrations via connectors and APIs.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of fixes and enhancements, including regression checks.
• Run in Scrum/Agile by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; provide clear updates on progress and impediments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Administrators to align changes with platform standards, security practices, and existing governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for supported applications and operational processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Power Platform features and updates to continuously improve deployed solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and supporting applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience implementing solutions with multiple data sources and connectors, including creating or using custom connectors for existing APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience conducting testing to validate fixes and changes.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and SQL.
• Experience with Git and automated deployment practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with global team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including documentation

Desired Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience interfacing Power Platform applications with SAP
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an international multi-cultural environment
