As a Technical Lead - Trading Applications Back End at our client, a large Investment Bank in Pune, your role involves utilizing your extensive experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, OOPs principles, and Data Structures/Algorithms (DSA), Multi-threading. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Order & Execution Management System, ensuring quality code development, and optimizing application performance for a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will engage with other teams, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with the latest trends in front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Order & Execution Management System following the software development lifecycle
- Engage and communicate with other teams like Development, QA, and Support
- Optimize application performance for fast loading times and a seamless user experience
- Ensure compliance with client's training and regulatory requirements
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end technologies
- Recommend and implement enhancements in project architecture and workflow

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or any IT stream
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in backend technologies like Core Java 8+, Spring framework, OOPs, DSA, Multi-threading
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS and middleware/messaging systems like Solace and Tibco EMS
- Experience in low latency/real-time applications and Investment banking domain & cash equities is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under a fast-paced and agile environment
- Result-oriented and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
