Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Internship role located in Noida. As an Inventory Intern, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day inventory management activities such as maintaining accurate stock records, conducting physical inventory checks, managing stock levels, and assisting with inventory control processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to optimize inventory storage and providing excellent service to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Record and monitor the inward and outward movement of devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets).
• Track allocation and return of devices through inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated records.
• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts) to prepare and analyze inventory data.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and accountability of devices.
• Coordinate with teams (HR, IT, Admin) for device issuance, replacement, or requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is must.
