Swabhav is looking for interns who want to experience what it truly means to build a brand from the ground up.

This is not a typical internship where you sit behind a screen and observe. At Swabhav, you will be part of the real work — figuring things out, solving problems, meeting people, setting up pop-ups, and helping grow a brand that is doing something new in India: building a clothing label centred around hemp and sustainability.

We are currently expanding through 100% offline efforts — exhibitions, pop-ups, community markets, and direct conversations with customers. This internship is designed for people who want to understand how brands are actually built in the real world.

What you will do

• Assist with pop-up exhibitions and brand showcases
• Interact with customers and gather insights
• Help organise and execute offline marketing initiatives
• Support day-to-day startup operations
• Contribute ideas on brand building and creative outreach
