As an International Sales Specialist, you'll take charge of following up on leads, generating new B2B opportunities, and nurturing existing client accounts. Your persuasive and consultative sales skills will be key in identifying and addressing the unique energy needs of businesses, crafting customized solutions, and successfully closing deals. You'll cultivate robust customer relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor in navigating the best energy options available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate and convert B2B leads in the UK market.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular communication with existing clients.
  • Understand business energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Present and promote energy products and services effectively over the phone.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven tele sales or inside sales experience in the energy industry (experience with UK B2B/BPO processes preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in UK shift hours.

  • Shift Timing: UK Shift

    For Females - 12:30pm to 9:30pm

    For Males - 1:30pm to 10:30pm
  • Fixed Saturdays and Sunday Off.
