We are hiring International Sales Professionals for our US Logistics / Freight Brokerage Team.
We are looking for candidates with experience in international sales, freight brokerage, or similar roles who can drive business by generating leads, building shipper relationships, and closing freight deals in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US shippers and prospects to generate new business
• Identify sales opportunities and build relationships with shippers and logistics partners
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals with shippers and carriers
• Coordinate with operations and carriers to ensure smooth load booking and execution
• Maintain a sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client communication
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in international sales / B2B sales / freight brokerage or similar profile
• Experience in US logistics, travel sales, or international BPO voice process is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
