Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, managing global client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves active outbound outreach, including cold calling, to connect with potential international clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Handle client accounts and ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in International Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Good understanding of global markets and business dynamics
  • Proficiency in English (additional language is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, International Trade, or related field
