We are hiring for International Voice Process.

CTC: up to 4.5LPA

Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Postgraduate

Experience: 1-6yrs( 1yr exp in International voice process mandatory)

Notice period : Immediate

Work location: Gachibowli

Working days: 5

Cab facility: Pick & drop provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle Inbound Calls from customers to resolve queries / issues, provide information about clients products and services.
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally with Empathy & Customer Service Attitude.
