We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our Jaipur office.
This role is for candidates who enjoy talking to customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions during the conversation.

You will be supporting international customers, helping them with their queries, and when appropriate, recommending products or services that genuinely fit their requirements.

What the role involves

On a typical day, you will speak with international customers, understand why they are reaching out, and help them with accurate information.
During these conversations, you will also identify opportunities to suggest relevant products or services and close the interaction in a professional manner.

Who we are looking for
- Graduation is mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience in international customer support, BPO, or sales process
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable with customer conversations and targets
- Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support will be provided)

Salary
- 1 year experience: ₹40,000 - ₹44,000 per month
- 2+ years experience: ₹44,000 - ₹46,000 per month
