Job Title: International Customer Support Executive – Chat Process

Job Description: We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Retail Customer Service (Chat & Email) process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues related to orders, refunds, and product information, and providing timely and professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements :-

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer queries through chat and email
• Assist customers with orders, refunds, returns, and product information
• Provide quick and professional resolutions
