This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Main shah re faisal. All we need a candidate having proficiency in English speaking skills.

International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving problems, providing information, processing orders, and interacting with customers via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus
• Relevant skills and qualifications for this role may include proficiency in English Language, prior experience in a customer service role, and knowledge of the industry or product being served.
