Position:

International Sales Executive / Customer Service Executive

Salary & Benefits:

25000 to 40000+ Incentives

Fixed salary structure

Shift Timings:

USA Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Sunday – Fixed OFF

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with overseas (USA) clients

Handle international sales & customer service activities

Manage B2B/B2C calls, emails, and follow-ups

Generate and manage leads through online portals

Build strong client relationships & ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in International Sales / Customer Service (mandatory)

Experience in Pharma Export–Import preferred

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Graduation not mandatory

Experience in handling international/overseas clients
