We are looking for experienced conference/program coordinators, job duties will include conference registrations, creating conference schedule, getting sponsors/exhibitors.

This is a full time on-site role for a Special Event Coordinator. The Special Event Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including managing vendors, volunteers, and staff, budgeting, logistics, and branding. - and post-event evaluations and managing event-related communications and marketing.

    Experience in event planning and management

    Ability to manage volunteers and staff

    Strong project management and organizational skills

    Creativity and attention to detail

    Experience in branding and marketing is a plus

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
