Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet performance and quality parameters
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to process guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per month
