As an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) Teacher at Ansal Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, your role will involve teaching and fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning in the IBDP.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver the IBDP curriculum according to IB standards.
Provide engaging lessons integrating practical laboratory work, theoretical knowledge, and inquiry-based learning.
Prepare and assess internal assessments, oral presentations, written reports, and laboratory work.
Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
Offer timely and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.
Foster a supportive classroom environment encouraging scientific curiosity and inquiry.
Mentor students in their Extended Essay (EE) projects.
Stay updated with IBDP curriculum changes and educational best practices.
Participate in faculty and professional development meetings, workshops, and IB workshops.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.

Qualifications Required:
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent).
IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 / 3) in DP is a prerequisite.
Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred.
Strong understanding of IB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
