International Account Executive

As an Accounts Executive (International) in Delhi, your role will involve managing international accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups. You will be responsible for recording and reconciling multi-currency transactions, accounting for foreign exchange variations, preparing and reviewing international invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation. Additionally, you will perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny to ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP / local statutory requirements as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Record and reconcile multi-currency transactions and account for foreign exchange variations
- Prepare and review international invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP / local statutory requirements as applicable
- Coordinate with overseas clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Handle export/import accounting, FEMA guidelines, LUT, GST (if applicable)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for international operations
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing accurate documentation and explanations
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of international accounting principles
- Sound knowledge of foreign exchange accounting and cross-border transactions
- Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global coordination

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Relevant experience in international accounting, MNCs, or shared service environments

In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be expected to have at least 5 years of proven experience in international accounting. The job location is in Delhi-Saket, and the annual salary offered can go up to 540,000.00 per year with benefits including Provident Fund.
