Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bournemouth. As an Internal Sales Consultant at HDM Solar, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing expert advice on solar products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery and addressing customer needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales
  • An understanding of or interest in renewable energy and solar products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy or wholesale sector is a plus
