Job Description

As an Intern in Customer Support, you will be an integral part of our technical team, providing front-line support to our clients. Your role will involve assisting with various customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a great chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are required to work during night shifts supporting US (EST and PST) customers.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document and update customer support tickets and knowledge base.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve support processes.
  • Ensure data privacy and security practices are followed.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in a customer support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong proficiency in .Net and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic understanding of contract management (an asset).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
