Responsibities -
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and create detailed CAD drawings for architectural projects.
  • Prepare and revise architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct site analyses and prepare design solutions that align with the project’s goals and specifications.
  • Work with project managers and senior architects to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other design professionals to integrate design requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks of drawings and designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing design presentations for client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support in resolving design challenges and providing innovative solutions to meet project needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, CAD software advancements, and best practices in architectural design.

    • Requirement -
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, with a focus on CAD drafting and design.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
