About the Role:

Akorita India is seeking a passionate and talented Interior Designer with 4-5 years of experience who can independently handle office interior projects from design concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, and confident in client communication and on-site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present innovative design concepts and detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare technical drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documents (2D technical detailing is a must).
• Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and provide design solutions accordingly.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and assist in budgeting and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in pffice interior design.
• Expertise in 2D technical detailing and 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent).
• Can prepare 3D renders
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and site execution.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and project ownership.
