Interior Project Manager / Execution Lead – Boutique MallLocation

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Project Manager to lead the execution of our upcoming boutique mall interior project. The role requires robust on-site presence, coordination with architects and designers, and managing vendors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and as per design specifications.

This role is focused on practical execution, problem solving in office, and driving daily progress.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of the interior project.
Implement architectural and interior drawings accurately on site.
Ensure the project is completed within timelines and budget.

Architect & Design Coordination
Work closely with architects and interior designers to interpret drawings and specifications.
Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
Ensure all work is aligned with approved designs and layouts.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify and manage vendors for civil, carpentry, electrical, lighting, HVAC, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
Coordinate vendor schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency.

Labor & Site Management
Manage daily labor teams and contractors.
Plan daily work schedules and monitor site productivity.
Ensure safety and discipline on site.

Quality Control
Ensure work quality meets design specifications and finishing standards.
Inspect materials and workmanship at every stage.

Procurement & Material Management
Plan material requirements and coordinate procurement.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid delays.

Progress Tracking
Track daily progress and report updates to management.
Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.

Candidate Requirements
5–10 years experience in interior project execution or construction management
Solid experience managing commercial interiors, retail spaces, malls, restaurants, or hospitality projects
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
Strong vendor and contractor management skills
Excellent on-site problem solving ability
Highly organized and execution focused
