About The Role

We're building cutting-edge AI solutions for the maritime industry. As our Senior ML Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced language models and RAG systems.

Core Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in fine-tuning LLMs (Llama, Mistral)
• Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation
• Proficient in PyTorch, LangChain, and Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP deployment
• Production experience with model optimization and evaluation

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Development :
• Fine-tune and optimize open-source language models
• Design and implement RAG systems
• Build robust evaluation pipelines
• Infrastructure & Deployment :
• Deploy models on Azure/GCP
• Create scalable training pipelines
• Optimize model performance for production

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of ML/AI experience
• Strong Python programming
• LLM fine-tuning experience
• Cloud deployment (Azure/GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Team collaboration mindset
