Role : Solution Architect PreSales (Trainee)

Job Description :

Technical Expertise :
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's IaaS offerings and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, and act as a subject matter expert on cloud infrastructure, providing guidance to both the sales team and customers.

  • Customer Engagement :
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with potential customers and understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Tailor technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our IaaS solutions to prospects.

  • Solution Design :
  • Work closely with PreSales Engineers and solution architects to design customized IaaS solutions that meet customer requirements and address their pain points.
  • Create and present compelling technical proposals and solution architectures to customers.

  • Proof Of Concept (PoC) Management :
  • Oversee the development and execution of PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Ensure PoCs are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

  • Sales Support :
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Assist in the development of pricing and contract negotiation strategies.

  • Technical Documentation :
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution guides, case studies, and best practice documents.

  • Feedback And Improvement :
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team to enhance our IaaS offerings.
  • Continuously improve Presales processes and strategies based on performance metrics.

  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience in a Presales or Solutions Engineering role, preferably in the cloud services or IaaS space.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with IaaS platforms and technologies (e.g., Datacenters and public cloud like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Sales acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue.
