Harvee Technologies is looking for a UI / UX Designer who can transform real-world business problems into simple, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.This role goes beyond visual design. The core objective is to understand customer problems, think through solutions, and design user interfaces that clearly communicate those solutions to end users. You will work closely with product owners, customers, and software engineers to ensure that the designed experience is practical, scalable, and easy to implement.The ideal candidate has robust problem-solving skills, excellent command over English, and the ability to clearly document and explain design decisions.Key Responsibilities1. Problem Understanding & UX StrategyInteract with internal stakeholders and customers to deeply understand business problems and user pain points.Convert vague or complex requirements into clear UX flows and software solutions.Think from an end-user perspective and design experiences that are simple, logical, and easy to understand.Ask the right questions to uncover usability issues before development begins.2. UI & UX Design for New ProjectsDesign end-to-end UI and UX for recent technology products and :User journeysWireframesHigh-fidelity UI screensInteraction flowsEnsure designs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with usability best practices.3. Enhancements for Existing ProductsAnalyze existing applications to identify usability gaps and improvement opportunities.Redesign screens or flows to improve user experience, clarity, and efficiency.Work closely with developers to ensure enhancements are implemented correctly.4. Screen Design & Developer HandoffCreate clear, detailed application screens that act as a functional requirement document for software engineers.Ensure every screen clearly explains:Purpose of the screenUser actionsExpected behaviorEdge casesProvide design assets and explanations that enable developers to build exactly what is designed, with minimal ambiguity.5.
