Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Integration Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing system integrations across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling seamless connectivity between internal and external systems, ensuring efficient data exchange, and maintaining a reliable integration architecture that supports critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, applications, and third-party platforms.
• Implement and manage APIs, web services, middleware solutions, and data integration pipelines.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Create and maintain integration documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and data mappings.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure smooth system connectivity.
• Ensure integrations comply with security, data governance, and organizational standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment of integration solutions.
• Support data migration, synchronization, and automation initiatives across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, API development, or middleware technologies.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, Azure Logic Apps, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of data transformation, ETL processes, and system architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, API keys, and token-based security.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Salesforce.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architecture such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
