Role: Integration Business Analyst Position Type: Full time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 6-12 months+ Work Hours: 3:30am-11:30am ET Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: Hybrid - India (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India) We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst to support enterprise integration initiatives across SAP and other business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system mapping, data flows, and business process analysis while working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements for integration projects Analyze business processes and design system integration solutions Develop system mapping and data flow documentation between enterprise applications Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and external partners Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and project deliverables Requirements 5+ years of Business Analysis experience , preferably in integration projects Strong experience with system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologies Experience working with SAP environments Knowledge of APIs, SOA, and integration tools Experience in insurance domain or ACORD standards is a plus Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
