You will be joining the Black Belt Academy - Collaboration - Content Business Operations Analyst team at Cisco. As part of the Global Partner Performance and Experience team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content for the Black Belt Academy program, aimed at educating Cisco Partners on the latest technologies and solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for the partners. Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities:

- Collate, curate, and design training curriculum for the entire Architecture Portfolio, covering technologies such as On-prem, UCCX, UCCE, Webex, Cloud Calling, Cisco Collaboration Devices, and more.
- Identify and incorporate content from internal and external sources to enrich the learning maps for partners.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and update Collaboration learnings on the Cisco Black Belt Academy platform.
- Create and evaluate quizzes to assess partner knowledge and understanding.
- Collaborate with Business Units and Architecture stakeholders globally to drive the Architecture Curriculum on the Black Belt Partner Academy.
- Monitor partner usage of educational content and organize global trainings and events to enhance adoption.
- Develop assessment criteria for certification and address partner queries effectively.
- Integrate demos and labs within the training to provide hands-on experience to partners.
- Keep the content fresh, updated, and engaging, aligning with partner growth and market trends.
- Drive adoption of the Black Belt curriculum through GEO Communities and global platforms.
- Coordinate between virtual and physical training events to track education and partner capabilities.
- Communicate with Aspirants/Validation Engineers regarding submissions and results.
- Deliver quarterly Architecture updates to Geo participants and Cisco Stakeholders.
- Vet and validate Black Belt aligned content from Cisco and Learning partners.
- Build Partner and GEO Communities around education and drive Return on Education (ROE) Metrics.
- Forecast market trends and strategize to maximize benefits.

Desired technical and interpersonal skills include:
- IT graduate with hands-on experience in Cisco technologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- 4+ years of related experience in training and enablement.
- Good understanding of Cisco Architectures and Solutions.
- Experience in the Partner ecosystem.
- Programmability focus.
- Ability to learn new technology and solutions.

Preferred skills and requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in one or more Cisco Architecture with a focus on Collaboration.
- Ability to keep up with industry transitions and priorities like Cloud & AI.

- Expertise in working in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
