Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Division for an Instructor. The Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs tailored to meet organizational needs. This includes preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and assessing participant performance to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition. The Instructor will also work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance training materials and delivery methods to align with QatarEnergy’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in developing, designing, and delivering training programs and lesson plans
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage learners and convey complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency in evaluating participant performance and providing constructive feedback
• Relevant technical expertise in energy, LNG production, or the energy transition sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in training/teaching are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage cross-functional training projects
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and incorporate innovative teaching strategies
• Relevant professional experience in the energy industry is an added advantage
