Job Description:

· Install, configure, and commission Park Plus products and systems at customer sites.

· Perform regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and system malfunctions.

· Provide timely and effective repairs to minimize system downtime.

· Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems.

· Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair documentation.

· Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.

· Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

· Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

· Travel to customer sites as required to provide on-site service and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
