A. Video Editing & Production

- Edit raw influencer-generated content (UGC) into polished, brand-aligned Instagram Reels and videos
- Search, source, and license relevant stock footage, B-roll, music, and image assets from platforms such as Pexels, Pixabay, Envato, Adobe Stock, and Epidemic Sound
- Add captions, animated text overlays, transitions, sound design, and visual effects that align with current Instagram trends
- Export all content in correct Instagram-native formats: 9:16 vertical for Reels/Stories (1080x1920), 1:1 for Feed, and 16:9 where applicable
- Ensure every video is fully Meta-compliant: correct aspect ratios, safe zones, no prohibited content, approved audio, and ad-policy adherence for boosted posts

B. Content Strategy & Ideation

- Proactively generate fresh video concepts, scripts, and hooks aligned with current Instagram trends, viral formats, and e-commerce best practices
- Research trending audio, challenges, memes, and content styles weekly and adapt them to our brand voice
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar with planned video themes, formats, publishing dates, and performance goals
- Collaborate with the influencer/marketing team to align UGC deliverables with the content calendar

C. Performance & Optimization

- Monitor performance metrics (reach, plays, saves, shares, click-throughs, conversions) and use data to iterate and improve content
- A/B test different video styles, hooks, and CTAs to identify what drives the highest engagement and sales conversion
- Stay updated on Meta advertising policies and algorithm changes to ensure continued compliance and organic reach

D. Workflow & Collaboration

Manage your own video production pipeline efficiently to consistently meet a minimum of 50 video deliverables per month

- Maintain an organized file management system for raw footage, assets, and finished videos
- Provide weekly progress updates and present content ideas in team meetings
