Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, manage accounts, and build customer relationships to drive property sales. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up with prospects, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating property transactions. You will also collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to meet targets and deliver client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and convert potential clients.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Skills in Account Management, including data handling, follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in real estate sales and knowledge of the local property market.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
