Purpose of the Admission Officer role: The admission officer advises students-parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions to improve student outcomes and help students succeed academically.

As an Admission officer, you are expected to:
  • Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets.
  • Selling/up-selling/cross-selling the company's exclusive range of education courses to existing & prospective students.
  • Responsible for converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, in turn achieving the assigned sales target.
  • Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.
  • Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
  • Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

  • To be successful in the Admission Officer role you are required to have:
  • Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner
  • Must have strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
  • Fluency in English and Regional Language.

  • Qualification:
  • Must have bachelors degree.
  • Preferred BTech / MBA /Masters in Psychology, Education etc.

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.
  • Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
